Bus Questions

Can I reserve the whole bus?

Absolutely. Either go to Book Today, and purchase the 14 seats available for your specific day. We excel in taking care of family events, corporate entertainment/ team building exercises, and any other group you can throw at us. Please contact us directly so we can accommodate any special requests to make this day a great one. 

Where is the bus picking us up?

For our group tours, we will let you know the morning of the event where pick up will be. This will be a "free to park" location and you will be returned here at the end of the tour. Cabin Boys and Broken Arrow Brewing are our two most common meet up spots. 

If you have reserved the whole bus, then accommodations can be arranged to pick you up at a Tulsa area location ie your home, a great restaurant, Drillers game etc

What can I bring on the bus?

Beer. Yes you can bring beer and wine on the shuttle.

We will have complimentary snacks and water ready for you. You are welcome to bring along some food of your own as well. We set the schedule to include at least one brewery that has a food truck. 

Side note: You are also welcome to buy and bring along any growlers, canned or bottled beer from any of the Tulsa Breweries we stop at that day.

Is the bus wheelchair accessible?

At this time, no. But as we grow and are able to be more accommodating, we will make sure we provide an experience comfortable for everyone. 


Tour Questions

How many stops will we make?

We will stop at four brewing establishments. These stops will rotate based on day and schedules of the locations. We like to keep it fresh just like the beer you will be enjoying. 

How long will the trip take?

This should take us 4 hours approximately. This will allow for travel time between our 4 stops, behind the scenes look at the breweries, and BEER. Thanks to the recent liquor laws being updated, our tours do not have to end at 9pm.

Do I tip?

SmarterTravel.com suggest 10-15% for tour guides. More importantly though, tip the men and women making and pouring your beers.

What should I wear?

Be comfortable. Only suggestion from us is no open toed shoes. For safety reasons in some brewing locations open toed shoes are prohibited.

Can I propose on this tour?

Sure can! 2 suggestions- Make that decision before you book the tour and not halfway through and 2 let us know if you want to make this is a special event and we can help.  

Policy Questions

What if I am going to be late?

Staying on schedule is important. So call immediately if you think you will be late. We will not be able to wait if you are later than our schedule allows, but we can share our itinerary and you can meet us at stop #1.

Do I have to be 21 to go?

Yes. Yes you do. But you don't have to drink. If you will be your parties designated driver, purchase the designated driver ticket at a reduced cost. You are appreciated.

We do encourage all our guests to make arrangements for a Lyft/Uber/friendly neighbor to be your designated sober ride home. Your car will be left in a safe spot and ready for you to pick up at your convenience.

PUBLIC TOURS: rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours prior to the tour can be rescheduled at no cost to the customer. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour will be accessed a 15% processing fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. Public tour with 8 or fewer guests, are subject to cancellation. All tours subject to Oklahoma weather. We will keep you updated on tour plans on wicked weather days.


· Two Weeks Prior to Tour Date - No refunds will be given for cancellations made within two weeks of tour date.

·More Than Two Weeks Before Tour Date - Full deposit amount will be credited towards a future tour.

· Grace Period - A 100% refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking, if the booking is more than two weeks out from tour date.
